Terms & Conditions of Sponsorship Package:

Each company approved for sponsorship is entitled for Hotel Accommodation.
Hotel check-in on 1st March 2023 and check-out on 3rd March 2023 will be covered in the free sponsorship package.
The company representative must attend both days of the expo for the free sponsorship & hotel package.
The Air-fare under the sponsorship shall cover Air ticket to Kolkata & back, subject to a maximum ofUS$ 900 for 1 (one) person per company for America & LAC Regions, US$ 800 for European, Middle East, Australia & New Zealand and Maximum of US$ 400 for other regions. Airport transfers shall be taken care by JPDEPC.
Company availing the sponsorship should email self at tested copies of passport 1st , 2nd and last page of the person travelling and also the air tickets to jutexpo@jpdepc.org
Jute Products Development & Export Promotion Council reserves the right to accept/reject any application for sponsorship without assigning any reason whatsoever.
The scheme is not valid for Indian Passport holder.
Final Reimbursement of air ticket will be at discretion of JPDEPC.
